After we were able to identify the community and their needs, we were going to generate the prototype from the HMW statement into real practice. And this stage, we were given flexibility for the performance of our innovation before designing the prototype in detail. More importantly, through the process of clustering ideas, we could review ourselves from the strengthens to the challenges, from the weaknesses to the opportunities. Meanwhile, the feasibility and effectiveness of our solution were evaluated in order to generate the best one with limited time and resources. Therefore, the conclusion of the ideas from the process of filtering was generated for further development and testing.
